Colin Miles is the owner and Principal Consultant of Highways and Transport Planning. A Chartered Civil Engineer, he brings decades of experience in highways advice, transport assessments and development planning.
His career includes director roles at Transport Planning Associates, HMZ Consulting and Transport Planning Consultants, giving him experience of projects with a wide range of scales, settings and transport challenges.
Today, Colin offers that experience through a personal consultancy service. You work directly with the person advising on your project, with support tailored to your site and the questions you need to resolve.
